- Q. Can I bring with my dog?
- A. Yes we are more than happy for your dog as long as they are well behaved and remain on their lead. Also please note the organisers or anyone associated with the event cannot take responsibility for the fitness of you K9 friend, please make both you and the dog are capable of completing your chosen distance.
- Q. Can I listen to my favourite music or podcast?
- A. Yes you can use head phones to listen to your music etc of choice, please be aware that there are a number of road crossings some of which have to be negotiated with minimal support from marshals so please exercise suitable caution if using headphones!
- Q. Can I swap distance before the event?
- A. Yes you can swap distance online up to 2 weeks before the event online via your Race Nation account. Once you have logged in you will be able to find your event and the option to change distances.
- Q. Can I change distance closer than 2 weeks before the event?
- A. Yes you can change distance after the online option has expired but this will need to be done on race day and will incur a £5 admin charge payable in either cash or by card.
- Q. Now that Immortal Sport are managing the event what will happen to the charitable donations made to the charities, local groups and businesses as in previous years?
- A. We are working very closely with the previous race director Ludo Macauley MBE in order to deliver the 2020 event and all future events. Part of our agreement with Ludo is we continue to support the charities, local groups and businesses who have previous been involved and will hopefully continue to be involved for another 25 years!
